virus help

Hi can anyone help me as i have a problem with a virus (pop ups). Our son thought it was a good idea to go on redtube the other day without us knowing this as caused our computer to run slow and constant porn pop ups could anyone tell me our to stop all this happening Cheers Mark.

Do you have Antivirus software installed? Is it current?

I have avast home free addition anti virus which i have run and it came up that there was no virus
