Hi.
My computer got a error message from the hacker site(I guess) that I have to go to the www.regupdating.com to download the program to fix my computer. Is it a hacker site or virus site?
Should I download the program from regupdating.com?

well did this program actually help you ?. i think not, these are just ads to force you download or buy their software.
get a good firewall such as zone alarm and a good antivirus like Avira or Avg, they work well.
google for a free registry cleaner or you can try crap cleaner

and no don't download from the site you'll end up with spyware/adware or the likes

A good crap cleaner is nothing les than ccleaner itself. short for crap cleaner Loll.

It's free and works great.

and what's mentioned above.

You should have spybotbot and adaware as well + 1 antivirus + 1 firewall+ 1 registry cleaner.
 
I've had problems with Spybot Search & Destroy in the past, because it downloaded a virus in an update pack, so I use McAfee Personal Firewall Plus, ccleaner, and Norton Antivirus + Spyware Suite 2007.

Of course not I visited the website nor install their crappy program: 'cause I know that the good programs wouldn't overly advertise like that.

Anyway, the pop up message keeps coming up every 5 minutes... How do I prevent that message to come up?
