What should i get rid of?

If you are in really need of help then do this but I see you posted the same thing in 3 different parts of this forum, only one spot was needed.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

If you continue to experience problems after doing this, please post a HijackThis log by doing the following:

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

Here is what the virus has done.

fake security pop ups (first)
then blocked all access to internet (IE, Safari, Google Chrome)

I no longer have the fake security pop ups.
I can now get online but it will go to add web sites on its own.
also it changes the theme to windows classic and doesn't alow me to change it to windows XP
my spy bot says it is trying to access ZOG7YA1IO.com.

Any ideas?

This machine does not have the 'Microsoft Windows recovery console' installed
Without it, ComboFix shall not attempt the fixing of some srious infections.
Click 'Yes' to have ComboFix download/install it.
NOTE: this requires an active internet connection.

Also sed and swreg came up on the task manager but it was to quick to close them.

I had to leave my computer for a while and when I came back combofix was still running and hadn't produced the log yet. I hit continue and it produced the attached log.

It did start up in XP and not classic windows theme so that's good.
It seems to be running slugish.

As far as I can tell, your clean. All you can do is use your system and let me know if you continue to have problems.

As far as the sluggish issue goes, have you ran ccleaner lately to clean out all your old temp files and such. If not, download it from here and set it with the options that checked in the attached image and click on run cleaner.
