As far as I can tell, your clean. All you can do is use your system and let me know if you continue to have problems.
As far as the sluggish issue goes, have you ran ccleaner lately to clean out all your old temp files and such. If not, download it from here and set it with the options that checked in the attached image and click on run cleaner.
