Virus is killing my computer! help!

I ran a malware scan and it found nothing but i find that hard to believe because my computer is acting crazy. First, the display settings for my monitor change without me doing anything and the screen becomes darker than usual. also, my computer crashes a bunch now and is super unreliable. my internet is always super slow but i have dsl and it shouldnt be. i keep getting this same pop up but when im on different sites telling me i have some virus and need a scan. i know pop ups are common but this is the same pop up and it shows up on different sites which i found weird. its also very wierd because for some reason i cant run windows one free scan thingy because i cant accept the terms and agreements but secretly i think a virus is preventing me from accessing the scan. i also ran the highjack thingy so hopefully this log with help fix the problem

Hey friend, i think your computer is under attack of some serious malware threads or spyware programs. Since as you mention your display screen become darker than usual, & the speed has also slowdown, thus it might be due to the Trojan & some backdoor threads. you need to install an antispyware software to resolve these problem.
