I have an HP laptop that is running XP home edition and has been seriously infected. She says someone sent her an email and she opened it and thats how this started. Symptoms Are : When system boots she has 3 different users and they all have admin rights and no passwords. You select a user and the system tires to contiue but immediatly logs off and back the the user screen. I have tried to get in using safe mode and then get the blue screen of death. I tried using the repair consol with the disks that came with the system and the system will not recognize any hard drive and states the drive must not be installed or is turned off. Im stuck on this one. Are there any suggestions.......
