Well, earlier today I restarted my computer in safe mode and cleaned it with smitrem which is known to get rid of any unwanted spyware or adware. After it was done, I restarted my computer again, but now my desktop is all messed up and I don't know why. It goes from grey to white and when I right click I can't reset anything. When I click on properties it says Not Available for eveything. Please help me if you know how to fix this.
 
Smitrem is not a general purpose spyware remover it is only to remove smitfraud and smitfraud variations. Try doing a system restore if you have any restore points created.

I dont think it's spyware that is messing up the desktop I think its something to do with Smitrem. Someone else ran it awhile back and it messed their desktop up too, thats why I said see if you can do a system restore to get your desktop back then if you think you have spyware follow the steps in the sticky's!
 
Ok I fixed my the desktop, but I found 3 viruses on my computer and I need help getting rid of them. I think they're trojans actually. Please help.

here are some good anti-virus, spyware, malware etc. programs: anti-virus: AVG Free. Anti-Spyware: AdAware Se Personal, Spybot S&D, Anti-Malware: Ewido. google/yahoo them, download, setup em all up, update em, then take the computer off te network, that way no viruses can travel in, nor go out, then scan 1 program at a time, delete everything they find, hopefully that will work. also, 4 more protection you can download SpyBlaster. it's not a scanner, it just runs in the backround.
 
As suggested, try using system restore to get to an earlier restore point if your desktop is scrambled. I had a messed up desktop before, and system restore did the job. For spyware softwares, I use Spybot search and destroy and NoAdware. Try different ones and see which you're most comfortable with.
