anyone know a free online virus protection program thats not a scam, is always updated to new viruses, and has the feature to do a virus scan.

Avast and AVG

are the best anti virus programs, much better than norton in every way and everyone here will mostly tell you that, they even find virus(s) that norton can,t.

id say avast, but its preference. you have to register your email for a freeware version. very good thing they have going for people like us.

Around the same. They don't take up that much memory. Having more is better in my opinion.

i have lost my folder options due to a stupid virus,is there any way but not windows re installation.as i want my folder options back in my computer without re-installing the windows.

use these programs and you will run a virus free machine

i have tried evg but i didnt find it that good
i ll try the other anti viruses if you have a free download link for those as i would like to try first,if these anti-viruses can remove my trouble.
