Virus?

Ok so my computer keyboard or mouse won't work when I'm on the select user screen so I can't get into my computer.

It works perfectly fine when I'm on the boot screen. I've tried running in safe mode, safe mode with networking and tried running repairs but nothing. The keyboard and mouse won't work.

Has anything been changed in bios? Did you recently flash your bios? What recent changes have you made to the system? What version of Windows are you running? Have you tried all available USB ports?

Have you tried waiting a minute or two to see if they will start working?

May be the battery on the motherboard. Has it been changed?
