Technically, if it is an exploit then it could be a part of the movie itself. So there wouldn't be any more files.If the virus is a part of the movie file then yes.Otherwise no.
Once the disk is burned,put the disk inside and take a look at what all files it contains.If it contains JUST the movie files then logically virus is not burned.
