I bought a VisionTek Radeon X1300 PCI-e 512MB card from Comp USA last week for $149 (after $30 MIR). What is up with that??? They said they normally sell the card for $250 but have it on sale $70 off + the 30 MIR.
Core clock 450MHz
PixelPipelines 4
Memory Clock 533MHz
Memory Size 512MB
Memory Interface 128-bit
Memory Type GDDR2
DirectX DirectX 9
OpenGL OpenGL 2.0

What are some other graphics cards this is equivalent to? Did I get a good card for the money? and Where do you think this card rates in the GPU kingdom?

thanks!

Agreed. The X1300 is ATIs new budget card. It competes with the nVidia 6200/6600. The 512MB version is $111 from newegg, but not worth the money IMO. 512MB makes very little difference in a budget card.

At that price you can get a 6800 from newegg, something like this

Yeah... you got ripped off. Its not a very good card either. Never buy graphic cards from bestbuy or compUSA unless they have really good deals. You usualy end up getting ripped off.
