Ok so i got vista 64-bit and clean installed it to my computer. Everything works i guess ok except that its not letting me do updates (which is a problem for obvious reasons) and when booting up it takes literally like 15-20 minutes... microsoft support helpers we absolutely no help so if any has any information or could find information that would be great.. Thank you for your time

Installing SP2? Vista sometimes has problems installing SP2, so you're going to have to download SP2 from MS (Free, obviously). http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=656c9d4a-55ec-4972-a0d7-b1a6fedf51a7&displaylang=en

As for your slow Windows, try this: http://www.techpavan.com/2009/03/16/slow-system-slow-windows-xp-performance-solution/
Is your processor Multi-threaded? If it is, go to Start> Run> Type "Msconfig" > Go to "Boot" Tab> Click on "Advanced Options" and turn on all your cores (Assuming you have a multi-threaded processor). Also, in the MSCONFIG Window, you can uncheck and startup program that is unnecessary under the "StartUp" Tab.
