Vista and two networks....

OK so i've got a vista laptop, wirelessly connected to my internet providing router. Also connected to my home network non-internet switch, which is also connected to an xp laptop. but on the vista laptop i can't seem to access both networks at once. If i disable the wireless network the wired network works, and vice versa but not both at once. Anyway know what might be wrong?

You might try a static IP on the wired network. I ended up giving up because of having to use the static IP’s and got a second wireless router (one for each network). This has worked pretty well once you get them both setup on different channels (that don’t fight) and different IP’s. Doing this you don’t need static IP’s and you don’t have to change your settings for hot spots.

I’m sure someone has better info…
