Vista Anytime Upgrade

So I bought a toshiba laptop. Brand new. Came with this Vista upgrade disk. I put it in, and it asked for a serial number, that is suppose to be by a bar code on the vista anytime upgrade box. There wasnt any serial number.

Heres an example that it showed me...
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx either 4 or 5 numbers per - cant remember.

Did you order the laptop online or buy at a retail outlet? If local bring go back and tell them that you can't install Windows without the product or serial number. That should be seen somewhere like on a sticker or with the software package that comes with it. The Windows disks from 98 up have always been five sets of five digits.
