Vista Basic image download?

So I got my new laptop, but it's full of all kinds of pre-loaded crap and other junk... plus it was the display version, so there's some other people's crap to be found as well. I'd like to start fresh, but I didn't get an installation CD, so can anyone tell me where I could download Vista Home Basic image (*not* cracked, I've got keys and all...).

I'm not aware of anyplace where a legal download of Vista would be available.
If you didn't get the install CD, they usually provide a way to burn one.
The owner's manual or manufacturer's website should provide instructions on how to do this.
