Vista explorer views for xp

Is any program which can make xp have that slider where you can adjust the icons size like vista? or better said like linux gnome?

I use the list/details views a lot, but the icons are pretty small, so I want them bigger. The icons view is too big, I want to adjust it between the two.

And don't tell me to lower the resolution (1280x1024 on a 19"lcd) because I won't. I need lots of space on the screen for programs like After FX, premiere Pro and more.

Maybe a bit long process but...

Steps for changing desktop icon size.
1. Right Click Desktop + Choose “Properties”
2. In the Properties Window click on the “Appearance Tab” at the top.
3. In the Appearance Window click on the button called “Advanced”
4. In the Advanced Appearance Window choose “Item:” from the drop down list and choose “Icon” and you can choose desired Icon size. By default many users will see 32 x 32 pixels but this can be changed to whatever you want.

That changes the default icon view, not the list view. I think i'll try that transformation pack because after seeing some screenshots looks good :D

Use the VistaMizer, the vtf consumes more resources and its more instable. I tried them both when I had XP
