I am trying to install Vista premium(Full version, not upgrade) and everything works fine until the setup restarts my comp then it says "Completing Installation..." and i think it is freezing but i am not sure. I have read other posts that say this step can take over an hour and i have only waited 30 min so far. The only reason i think it is frozen is because the "..." have stopped moving and my mouse is not functioning. What do you think?

i know this kind of thing happens with the rc2 version it appears to have stopped responding but is actually working in the background and takes awhile.

If the proglem persists try updating your motherboards bios, I had a similar problem when installing vista, it was taking a long time, and that seemed to fix it.

Windows is invariably slow when it's configuring itself, although I've heard Vista is even slower than XP which used to hang on some systems for up to about 15 minutes!

Woot! I got it to work. I ran it when i went to school for about 7 hours and it worked perfectly fine! I am sooo happpy!!!
