i have restarted it 5 or more times.

are you sure this is a legit version of home premium, looks like basic to me. just somehow that icon got thrown in there.

Do you even have the side bar that home premium gets?

Open up the Welcome Center (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Welcome Center) and take a screenshot of that window.

To make sure it says home premium under windows edition, you said you done a upgrade, i think something may have gotten mesed up. or it didn't upgrade correctly

Yeah, i think it didn't upgrade correctly. Umm good luck trying to run home premium on 448mb of though, that could limit you, but i think it should still let you

ok it says home premium but I would do a reinstall or maybe its that your computer isn't vista compatible

Click here. The integrated graphics do not support Aero. To double check, download and run the Windows Vista Advisor. Take a screenshot of the results and post it here.

Like others have mentioned, your not going to be able to use the aero feature on that setup :/
