Vista Help

I'm about to install Vista Home Premium when I get it in the mail. Ok, My signature is my specs and I was wondering what problems I would have. Like would I be able to multitask without freezing, are games going to work as well or however, program compatibility with Norton AntiVirus 2007 or McAfee 2007. How about photoshop cs2, or autocad 2007 and revit 9. I'm really curious, I dont want a barely working production machine. Would it do much change to install vista ultimate, I'm a guy that likes his software the best, and newest, up to date and I'll be installing windows Fuji and Vienna as soon as they are released beta and I want to know how this is going to work. Please help me, I dont want to install over a perfectlly good working system.

Your system is fine will run vista no problem.

alot of dx9 games will not run on vista or need's compatibility mode

All of my dx9 games work fine on my vista box and did back when i had the rc and now i'm running business and havent had one issue yet..

splinter cell double agent didnt work for me as well as lets see... prey.. and flatout 2

Hitman 4 didn't work until I installed directx 9 on vista which is not something wise.
I just installed it to give the game the dlls it thinks it's missing, but the game wasn't performing that good
