u know windows vista every time you open a program that requires it to be run as administrator even tho you are administrator, i was just wondering is there anyway to disbale it its really annoying

The thing that pops up is called 'User Account Control', Information can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Account_Control

To disable it do the following:

1. Launch MSCONFIG by from the Run menu.

2. Click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Disable UAC" . Click on that line.

3. Press the Launch button.

4. A CMD window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window.

5. Close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.

You can also go into Control Panel>user accounts and simply uncheck the UAC check box to disable it there easy enough. Following the next system restart you will be set with either way. Most end up turning this one off rather fast as a rule.
