Vista Portl for psp problems

alright i got everything to work. I downloaded the portal from download.com and instead of trying to put the file into the common folder i just hit install and i selected what drive it was and tadah it worked. I appreciate all of your help and i would suggest downloading this version i downloaded as it seems to be easier to download
