Vista Premium or Ultimate? help

I am using Home Premium right now. But I am getting a new computer and was wondering if Ultimate would be worth it.

Is Ultimate worth the extra $100ish over Home Premium?? I Have heard it has a lot of cool features, but i'm still not sure.

I game, I listen to music constantly, and I do homework. Once I get a monitor bigger than 15" I will use it for movies and possibly tv.

Would Ultimate help with any of what I do??
 
No, unless it's a business pc, it's not worth it. The only useful extra feature (for me[gamer/music/film,pic,and music editor]) would be the back up tool.

If you were doing a new build, get ultimate, but because you have already got the OS, it's not worth it playing the extra and upgrading.
 
premium v ultimate

I dont think Ultimate is worth it, the only main thing that i use on it is that you are able to download language packs. But for most that isnt necessary so home premium is more than enough.
