I dont know what is the problem with this freaky windows. It takes 2 min to start it and takes 5 min until it shuts down. Can some1 tell me what can i do to reduce the time of shutting down. I made it this
Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l] On the right panel look for the "WaitToKillServiceTimeout" string and change it value to 1000 by right clicking the string and selecting Modify...

Default Value WaitToKillServiceTimeout=20000

Modified value WaitToKillServiceTimeout=5000

But still no change. Scan it with antiviruses, anti spyware/malware and still no change. Can some1 help me

Try this:

Right click on your desktop, New, Shortcut.

Paste this text into the field:

Code:
SHUTDOWN -s -t 01

Click Next

Rename the shortcut or leave it, and click Finish.

Double click on that shortcut and see how fast your computer shuts down.

Practically the same thing as holding the power button isn't it? The whole reason it takes so long is to properly shutdown everything, decreasing that time just means less things get properly shutdown. Then again, I don't know a ton about computer shutdown. So please correct me if I'm wrong.

hah we have solution for shutting down and for starting some solution :D. In fact the whole computer is slow. Wastes 700mb ram in normal conditions so some solution
