Vista Sleep = Deadly(Need Help Urgent)

I am running a desktop rig which until today has had no problems. Although, when I accidentally slept my computer from the start window(Vista Premium 64 bit). I tried clicking my mouse and keyboard, although it would not come out of its sleep.

I tried everything, disconnecting everything, reconnecting cables, taking out the power exc, though the same thing happens. It seems a bit ridiculous that all of this happened from a single sleep. I am going to wipe the CMoS tommorow and see if that works.

Anyway, does anyone have any quick solutions/explanations or ideas?

Well more info would be nice. Sleep mode doesn't break a PC.

Your PC spec for starters...can you actually power your PC up...does it stop at X spot.

If it doesn't power up now id wager its the PSU and if you have a spare one id test it.

Well, I can tell you nothing appears on the screen. After I turn off the power, if i turn on my computer it powers down 5 seconds later, and 5 seconds after that powers back up then does nothing.

I don't have a spare power supply, and i'm pretty sure that's not the problem, since this only happened after I slept it in Vista. I'm going to try taking out the usb power wake jumper and messing with clearning the cosmos now.
