vista stepping on my toes

hey guys, every time i go to delete a file using vista it literally asks me three times if i am sure i want to delete it... needless to say, it is extremely annoying. is there a simple way to change this, i have searched every square inch of the control panel and found nothing... any help is appreciated
 
Go into the Control Panel>>User Accounts. Then look for something that says "User Account Control (UAC)" and disable it. While this is not recommended it stops those annoying popups asking "Allow/Deny". Hope this helps.
