Vista Taking Ages To Book

Hi,

I have a custom PC that seems to be taking for every to boot or even install a clean operating system. I am not sure why?

the full details of my machine are as follows

AMD 64 4200 X2
2GB DDRII RAM (Dual Channel)
1 x 160GB SATA Hard Drive (Vista Install)
1 x 320GB SATA Hard Drive (Storage)
1 x ASROCK AM2NF3 Motherboard
Geforce 7300GT 256MB Graphics

Is there anything that could be making this happen? jumper settings etc? I have the 160 Drive set to master and the 420 drive set to slave?

Cheers

S-ATA doesn't have Jumpers so you're alright there, however, apparently Vista takes an age to install anyway, some people have reported hanging for up to an hour before it installed!
