Vista Ultimate 64 or 32?

Im building a new computer and my copy of Vista Ultimate will be here this afternoon, but I wanted to know if I should install 64 bit or 32 bit. Ive heard that 32 bit does not support 4gigs of ram which is what I am running, but what are some issues I might run into with 64bit?
 
It's true 32 bit doesnt support the entire 4GB, you will probably only be able to use 3-3.2GB.

I would personally install the 64 bit version, but you may want to check your devices and programs to make sure they are compatible and that they're drivers available for it.

I havent run into many problems using the 64 bit version over the 32 bit.
 
Is there a website somewhere that says what will and will not be compatible? Or just go to each products website and look it up?
