Vista Ultimate... two license keys?

I got this copy of Vista Ultimate, gave it to my brother. It comes with two dvd's, 32 bit and 64 bit. He was saying they have separate license keys, making it possible to install each on separate computers. Anyone try this? I think I might upgrade to 64 bit if this is possible, so then I can use 4GB's RAM.

No, it uses the same key. I thought that at first, but it doesn't. Its 1 key, and you can either install 64-bit or 32-bit with that 1 key, the choice is yours. It can only be installed on 1 PC.

He has already installed 32 bit. What would happen if I try and install 64 bit? I wouldn't want to invalidate or screw up his install.

I currently have Vista home premium for system builders. If the 64 bit install doesn't work, will I be able to reinstall this?

With the retail version of Ultimate, you use the same key for both versions. Only one version can be installed on one computer with this key.
