vista x64 not booting

:eek: ok ived tried 10 times to boot with vista ultimate x64 two differt harddrives ...it installs fine yada yada after it shuts its self down for the 1st time i get through the bios screen loader and all that ....it stays at the post screen forever and nothing else... now (when i install xp x86 its fine) and boots fine what could the problem be? thanks in advance

The only issue I've personally experienced like this with x64 Vista was when I accidentally plugged the monitor into the Mobo instead of the card. Or was it plugged in to the card and didn't switch it over in BIOS. Either way...can't hurt to check...right?;)
