Visual Basic 6 problem

When i use visual basic 6, most of it works fine, but when i try and create a textbox or label, and then try to run it, it crashes. Does anyone know why this is?
any help would be appreciated.

What are your system specs?

512mb ram
256mb ati radeon 9600
120 gb hard drive

well those can differently run VB6 fine, you might want to try reinstalling it.

tried and it doesnt work. Theres no reason y it shud keep crashing. It just does for some reason :S
