Vixta. Forget Vista!

Both Linux and Windows have there upsides and downsides. Windows is good for things like games and other software applications that are only for Windows, plus since most people use it you don't usually have any compatibility issues, can be a lot more user friendly (GUI everywhere) however a lot of people don't like the fact that it's overun by GUI. Linux is free (except for a select few distros), usually significantly faster, more customizable, access to heaps of free software without fear of viruses etc.

I would never say that Linux is dying though, last I heard it was the fastest growing OS/kernel

But anyway, Vixta, anyone here tried it?

lol, sorry i dig this up from its grave but i had too, cause i just tried it out on VM
lame distro they say its Fedora based yet it's KDE, what the F**K ?
here's a screen, and even iif this is an english ISO some text are even in spanish, just look at the calendar, lame,

but Firefox looks like IE, at least they did that nicely

have you evern heard of "home:/vixta/documentos" ? well thats suppose to be "my Documents" and each time i open it up i get an error, see below,

I wonder why they made a Vista "Look-Like" linux?? it makes it seem as if linux is dying so they made a linux that looks like vista to attract people to using linux. LAME!..
Linux should be built on its own popularity that attracts people not trying to copy or look like another OS.
