vlc help

every time I use vlc and then exit it it stays in my System Tray.

I whent into vlc tools and properties. And uncheked When minaized put in system tray.

I see nothing other then this.

Sometimes icons get stuck, for example if steam crashes, the icon will stay there until i put the mouse cursor over it, then it dissappears.

Perhaps VLC is crashing on exit, and causing this?

Or is it just not exiting?

No vlc is exiting ok but keeps puting icon in system tray??????

Are there 2 options? Like 1 for close and 1 for exit?
Vuze does that, to avoid accidentally exiting and losing progress

Make sure you have the latest update of VLC. They have been having some bugs recently. But more than likely you should uninstall VLC and reinstall it.

Yes it has Exit Minamize and Maximize.
But it is closing ok now thank you for the help
