Voltage Selection

I have a Rosewill 500W Power Supply. It has a sticker on the side that says "SELECT THE RIGHT VOLTAGE!" There is a three-way switch on the back that says "H", "A", and "L". Next to that, there is a two-way red switch that toggles between "115" and "230". What do I do with these two switches? Is that all I need to do?
This is the motherboard I'm using with it.

if you live in the us select 115V; europe 230... im not sure about elsewhere tho

Thanks. I'm in the US, so the 115 will work. What does the other switch do?

well you obviously have a power switch and a voltage selection.
my guess is that its a fan speed selector, you should check in the manual or the manufacturer's website for info on it

that would be the fan speed controller if im not mistaken H-High/A-Auto/L-Low
