Hi
I am having a VTP3.I am using it only for 4 days the problem is that the pack installed successfully but after some new program is installed or anything else i done or when i shutdown my PC and star it again after some time the PC held at login screen and then only wallpapers is shown no Taskbar and icons. Then when i open task manager using ctrl+alt+del and stop the process of explorer.exe and then start it again using the new application option then everything works fine.What is the problem and how it is being solved?

dude stop messing around with old vista packs ok, vtp these days is old news get version 6 or 7 they are safer to use.
uninstall the one you have fully don't leave anything behind (wallpapers,themes,sounds whatsoever etc,)

go here and get the latest version
