W7 updates lead to Flash Player fail

So a couple of updates (W7) came yesterday, and I installed them as I usually do. Afterwards my Flash Player wouldn't work on my browser (Opera), although it still worked in Explorer.

I tried uninstalling the updates, but that began to conflict with other applications.

Another weird thing is that it still works on YouTube. But all other flash-sites are no good.

Any ideas on this one?

Sorry, should've mentioned that I tried that like a number of times with no luck.

OK, found it. For some stupid f#$%@¤& reason my browsers' ability to use plug-ins had been unchecked.

Why YouTube still worked remains a mystery though...

Opera most likely uses HTML5 instead of flash.
