Want Critique On Computer Build

I am looking into a new computer and the current hardware I am considering buying is as follows:

This will run me just about $1200, so before I buy I would like some opinions.

Get a samsung/WD/seagate hard drive instead.

You don't need all those coolers and fans. Your case has cable management and good airflow, so your temps will be really good. I would maybe keep the CPU cooler if you are going to overclock.

You do need to OC your RAM if you wanna use those 2000s. 1600 speed will fit you just fine, probably won't see any difference.

Your PSU is overkill, and a bad brand. Look for a 750w in antec, corsair, silverstone, seasonic, PC power and cooling, or xfx brand.

I don't think the PSU is overkill. I don't have time right now, but I believe if you used a Power Supply calculator on ASUS's page, the PSU wattage may come out to 850- 900 because of dual 560 fermi's.
 
also may wanna get the x4 955 for using for the next month or 2 until bulldozer is out, then get the quad core bulldozer for ~190 instead of the 1100t for that much now. Also if you're spending that much, just get the 2500k, way faster, and also you might want a ssd, all the stuff your getting is just overkill and overpriced compared to what you could have for that much.
 
I would drop a gtx 560 and get a gtx 560 Ti. The 560 won't give you much of a performance boost over a 460. I would take those savings and upgrade your case to a haf 932. Amazing case.

No! Get a decent video card. I don't know why you went down to that. Drop the cpu to a x4 955 and put that money towards a better card. Nice choice for the case though

Edit: also save $40 with this PSU instead and also add that back toward the GTX 560 Ti.

And also what resolutions will you be gaming on.

I would get a GTX 560Ti or the GTX 570.

SLI has a lot of disadvantages and is not worth the hassle.A single GPU is always a better choice.

He was getting 2 GTX 560s first then he switched to GTS 450 so I am guessing he will be SLI ing those as well.
And as for the case eitherways the corsair which I posted is a better option in my opinion.

@OP Do not get the WD Green Drives. Get the WD Caviar Black drives using SATA III.
Also I would suggest dropping the SLI and going for a single GPU.

A single GTX 570 1280Mb will be able to handle anything you throw at it at sub Full HD resolutions.
And if using it for resolutions higher than Full HD then get the 2.5Gb GTX 570.

Will be enough for any single GPU and also will give you some head room.

Yes with the GTS450 I was planning to SLI with them, but have now decided to instead use a single GPU and changed to a GTX560 Ti for about the same price I would have paid for the 2 GTS450's.

And am switching to the RAM you suggested, and have changed HDD to Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB cache SATA 6.0Gb/s

Woo. you've got it going now. Are you going to change the processor to the 955? Get a nice cooler for it and you can just overclock it to your heart's content.

Not really. Those are at 1.65v, which is basically overclocking it a little to get better timings. Take a look at these:

Amazing timings at 1.5v. And only $10 more. I would generally avoid calculating rebates into the final total because a lot of times they don't get honored.
