budget is 1,000 including everything except keyboard and mouse.

It'll be used for gaming/everyday browsing. I'd like it to be intel and a case with a side window with some color. If you need anymore information just ask. Would also like it to have a cd burner/and be able to play cds/dvds

This comes to roughly $1019 before rebates, and $899 after rebates. Leaving you well under budget, did you want the OS included too? Lemme know what you think.

yea os included would be 64bit vista?

and its my first build so id need to order a static wrist band also or no? need a monitor also what do people normally get 20 inch?

I added Vista, that brings you to $1,199 before rebates, and $1079. Slightly over your budget, and a monitor will put about $200, over budget. If you would like I can get the price down.

I look for some monitors. And the wrist band is up to you, I didn't use one, but I'm sure some people will tell you that you should.
