Want to Burn Videos for Mac

I have a friend who would like me to give her some of the videos on my computer. I do this all the time with friends who have PCs, but this friend has a Mac. What file format does the disc need to be in to give her some videos?

They can be in any format as the Mac can play any format

You're right though...with the proper tools, you can put any media on just about any OS.

Do you even google stuff before you write crap down? Flip 4 Mac will play Windows Media, VLC will play everything else. Windows cannot even play a DVD out of the box with out downloading a third party codec.
