OK Thanks a lot for thesamstown22 said:seeing as how microsoft knows that there are people out there who havent or cant upgrade to the new OS every other year, most new software is still compatible under win98. even if it doesnt, i believe irfanview is free licensed software and it wont hurt to download it and see. its a really great prog if you just want to convert image files. and about 10x less complicated than photoshop.
