Im a complete novice when it comes to building computers, but I can navigate them extremely well. Here is what this computer currently has (Picked it up from a craigslist ad for 75 bucks) I replaced the graphics card o thats brand new, what else should I do to make it run like a champ, I've tried installing Ubuntu and Xubuntu and they both give me errors once I restart the computer and start them up.

250GB Hard drive
WIFI ADAPTER
Upgraded Power Supply NEW
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3700+
2.40 GHz 2GB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP

Whenever I want to play simple flash games or runescape for instance, or even watch a youtube video the computer will lag VERY badly. If I watch any video or play any game it'll just load frame by frame basically. And it's not my internet because we have multiple computers in our house and they run great and have good fps. The reason I want to use this is because we only have macs and they blow for most games. Please tell me what I should do about this, thanks for the help.

Yeah your system is old and slow, sorry. Not really a lot you can do to improve it. This system with a processor that's just under 10 years old (used to have one!) and an AGP 3650 isn't really going to cut modern gaming.

Not really too sure why the internet is slow on it (could be down to old hardware) but I wouldn't really recommend spending any time or money on a system this old. Surely your Macs will suffice for watching internet videos and playing online games like RuneScape, no?
