want to overclock gpu and cpu. I have an ati radeon 5700 series gfx card.
and an i7 920 processor. my computer has no extra cooling. only factory stock. so I cant set it to high. get back to me with a program and some settings. It has to be easy. Im stupid.
 
i just wouldn't overclock the cpu, it's fast enough as is really. for the gpu most here like msi afterburner.
 
Your not going to be overclocking on the CPU on a HP, most options are locked. You can try overclocking your 5770 with a AMD Vision Engine control center that comes with the full package drivers.
