Want to Run 3 monitors on Optiplex 755. (No gaming) (Decent Video)

This is primarily a work computer and it would be great to go from the 2 monitors I have now to 3 and after days of reading reviews I'm lost.

Just looking for a decent card that will allow me to use 3 monitors.
(2 monitors + TV)

Budget: Cheap to $100

The Radeon R7 260X and maybe the Nvidia GTX 750Ti both fall under $100 and will power 3 monitors.

Main issue is connecting all 3 displays and you may need to get a VGA splitter.

Both of those cards have the DVI/HDMI/DP ports. Is there a card that I could use DVI/VGA/HDMI? One of my monitors is a TV. Also, would a PCI express 3.0 work with my motherboard?
