Want to setup dual vid cards (one is built in)

i have a onboard video card in my motherboard but recently added a ati 3850 DDR2 card, is there anyway to set these up to work together without alot of hardware changes?

no, definitely not. very few motherboards actually allow the integrated graphics to run in crossfire with a dedicated graphics card.
