CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor 3.0GHz

Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 460

Full Tower

PSU: 900w

HD: 500GB 7200rpm

Ram: 6GB

WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE

As far as processor wise, you are as high as you can go as its outdated. My question to you would be does the computer do everything you want it to do? If so, why upgrade? You would have to get new motherboard, processor, memory. Your power supply is way overkill though. Would also need a new video card for latest games.

I want to run online games smoother, like FF14 I figured the CPU was at max. But on the PSU can't remember the name but it helps against blowing up and is a silver brand. I wanted the 900 just incase I get 2 460's

Really? I kind of doubt that to be perfectly honest with you.

I read a few other threads regarding that cpu and 460s in sli and it looks like if you OC it to 3.5ghz+ you should be fine.

If you get a decent cpu cooler you have to be very gifted to fry your stuff with such a mild overclock. Watch some youtube videos on overclocking and you'll quickly learn how to do it.
