wanting new fan/heatsink for AMD 5400+

well my friend has the AMD 5400+ black edition (socket AM2) and he is wanting an after market cooler for overclocking.

i have no idea whats the best for the socket AM2 as i went straight into watercooling.

can anyone throw some ideas my way please?

It comes with preapplied thermal grease, and comes with the stock AM2 retention clips so it's really easy to install. I installed it on the AMD Triple Core 2.1GHz and if I remember right it idled at like 40C

I too have think one and it was cooling my 5000+ BE and it idles around what your Triple does so I switched to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200014 and my idle temp is now 32C and full load is 38C. Both of these are great for the price
 
I have the one that "kookooshortman55" provided the link. I have a 5200+ Windsor and cpu went from 34 -28C. I really like it.
