wanting to build a high end computer

i want to build a high end computer for me maybe drop 600 to 1,000 dollars its gunna be a gaming computer and running programs for automotive work. house building programs and your basic everyday use. i learned a little bit from my last post and was wondering if this is a good start.

The Western Digital Green are not so fast drives.
