Wanting to build a new computer.

I've been reading threads in here for the past couple of weeks and I want to build a computer now. I have a maximum of $1300 and I will be using this computer for writing/dowloading documents, downloading music/videos, surfing the net, and playing games (which I like to max out settings on semi-high demanding games). I am pretty new to this stuff so anything I need to know, please tell me.
This is only my idea of my build, please correct me if theirs anything better. I'm mainly just worried about if the parts will work together.

So would all of these parts work with each other? I'm still open for suggestions of better parts.
Also, how do you know how many fans you can install in your case from your motherboard?

I just got my nzxt apollo black and ill tell u that ull love it. Overall ur build looks great man have fun:)
