ok i have encountered this problem before. Let me first explain how this started, my computer first problem was the video card started flipping out and still cannot fix this. As shown below...it happens atleast twice a week, forcing me to restart.
ok now this problem has occured 3 times "warning cpu have overspeed", it then showed my memory frequency going to 100mhz instead of 133. I don't kno the cause of this but it stops after i eitehr restart few times or go into bios and change the memory frequency down 1 to like 129. I also saw my computers temperature was at 95farenheint on MB and 129farenheit on CPU. I saw "Primary IDE Channel no 80 conductor cable installed" thats always ben there but i dunno if that matters. Also a MUST needed answer...i look at the back of my comp and saw my power supply fan not running....i just decided to look at bak my comp, culd this be causing my video card weirdness and overspeed?
