I think, I THINK that if the thread title says "Warning- MSN Virus" and that it is quoted and above it says, if you get this message, don't click it, people won't click it...

Just today I received like 20 of such links. But all the contacts were offline so I knew something's not right. Interesting virus.

Actually, my first inclination was to click on one of the links to see an example of the message which I thought you were linking to.

I'll deactivate the links. Aside from the fact it seems apparent that someone will click on them despite the warnings, live malware links can have SEO benefits to the authors of those sites.

I clicked on this damn thing in an IM from a friend in the UK...so my MSN is sending out the following to all my contacts. I am in XP SP2..Ran McAfee and Adware...no joy. Any Suggestions?

Yeah, I tried the links, nothing happened it showed me some login stuff but thats all, my messenger isn't sending anything. So I don't know.

everything here is ok - i have not got any suspicious links posted through. but before some time ago, i did get a message from a contact saying "look at my cool photoshop edit at a address.
- i asked my contact what is your photoshop edit all about? and he didnt know what i was talking about, and i got the message from several contacts.
