Not cessisaily will watercooling itself help anyways, It'll be pumping heated water though it, not to mention added heat from pumps and everything.
You'll want a
cooled heating system. There are prebuilt one and ther are DIY ones you can make. I would DIY it much cheaper. Get one of the 40$ mini frigdes, drill two holes in the front of the door, and here's a tricky part your going to have to seal and inralate around the holes.
Next run coils of tubing insidde of it, I would suggest 30 feet. next get apump(small aquaruim pump's work well) 50gph would be a nice cheap one. and then hook it all up, you'll have to get the regular parts to actully have it go over your cpu and everything.
ALSO Don't be one of the idoit's who just put the peices on, use PVC primer and cement, then after all of that is done, use 100% silicone to seal up the ridges.
The way i figue it, is it PV cement holds the pipe's to my house, and 100% silcone holds up my 120gallon fish tank(almost a 1000 lbs of water, and even more pressure) then both have to seal up the tube's fairly well
